Refund & Auto-Renewal Policy

This policy applies to the BSR Nexus self-serve software subscription only. It does not apply to BSR Commerce agency services, which are governed by your separate Service Agreement / Statement of Work.

1. Free Trial

If you start a 7-day free trial, a valid payment method is required. If you do not cancel before your trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged $79 for the monthly plan (or $790 for the annual plan), and then renews as described below. We send a reminder before your trial converts. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid a charge.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged at the start of each renewal term, until you cancel. We will provide renewal and price-change reminders as required by law.

3. No Refunds

All amounts paid for BSR Nexus are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or accounts you did not cancel before a renewal. This includes the unused portion of a prepaid annual subscription: if you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you keep access until the end of the paid year but are not refunded for the remaining months. This No-Refund policy applies except where a non-waivable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account's billing portal (the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable from your dashboard under Billing & Setup) or by emailing info@bsrcommerce.com. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then. No further action is required to avoid future billing.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Any change to the price of a renewal will be communicated to you in advance as required by applicable law, and will apply to your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. International (EU/UK) Customers

Nexus is intended for business customers. Where you are a consumer in the EU or UK with a statutory right of withdrawal, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your access begins.
